Your spotlight should last longer than the event.
Join a produced panel as a featured expert. A designated ten minute segment, professional footage of yourself, and a place on a panel promoted to the host’s audience and to every other panelist’s.
What a featured panelist gets
Ten minutes of a produced stage, and a recording of yourself you would actually send to somebody.
The segment is yours, on a topic agreed in advance, with the room's attention on you rather than a slot in a queue. It is a teaching segment, not a pitch, which is the reason an audience stays for it.
You get a branded frame, a name plate and lower thirds in the recording, so the footage that comes out of it does not look like a video call somebody screen grabbed.
The event is promoted to the host's audience and to every other panelist's, and you are named in those materials. How many people that puts in the room depends on all of us, and nobody here will tell you a number in advance.
You may offer the room one complimentary resource, agreed with the studio beforehand. That is the part most panels do not allow and the reason this one is worth preparing for.
The running order
Where your ten minutes sit.
A produced panel runs about ninety minutes. This is the shape of one, and the row that is lit is yours.
A typical shape rather than a fixed schedule. The studio sets the final run of show for each event. The three numbers that are fixed are in the Featured Panelist Agreement: check in twenty minutes before, about ninety minutes in total, about ten of them yours.
How it looks
You are presented, not squeezed in.
Every panelist gets a branded frame and a name plate. The recording carries lower thirds. Nothing about the finished footage says video call.
Live appearance, camera on, from somewhere quiet. Not a prerecorded video, not an avatar and not a stand-in, because the other people in the room are live too.
The terms, stated plainly
What is asked of you in return.
A panel works because every expert in it brings a room. These are the commitments, in full, before you apply.
You commit to
A $47 non-refundable commitment and administrative fee. Completing your speaker information by the deadline and preparing a roughly ten minute educational presentation. Promoting the event to your own network at least three times beforehand, using the materials we provide. Attending the preparation session and the technical check. Appearing live, on camera, from somewhere quiet.
The presentation is not
A sales presentation or a pitch. A request for payment from attendees. Repeated promotion of paid products or services. A prerecorded video, an avatar or a stand-in. And nothing about a place on the panel is a guarantee of a financial or business outcome, for you or for anybody else in the room.
The fee is not a speaking fee and buys nothing except a reserved position. It offsets onboarding, coordination, graphics, technical setup and speaker support. It is non-refundable because that work begins the moment your place is confirmed. If we cancel the event without offering a rescheduled date you accept, it is refunded in full.
Optional, after the event
Featured Panelist Visibility Accelerator™
Sixty days of speaker content, edited from your own panel appearance. Most footage of most people speaking is never used again, and this is the part that gives one evening somewhere to keep going.
Not included in the $47 fee. Purchased separately, and only if you want it. Content deliverables are confirmed in a separate schedule.

If you decide within twenty four hours of the event
Stand on one of our stages before you decide whether you want one built around you.
Panelists see the production from the inside, which is the honest way to evaluate a studio. The application is short and applications are kept on file for twelve months.
