The Own Your Stage Experience™
One virtual panel event, produced end to end and built around your subject. We handle the strategy, the panel, the branding and the production. You host it.
What you are actually buying
The event is one evening. The engagement is three months, and almost all of it happens before anybody logs in.
What you are buying is a room convened on your subject, with your name on the door, rather than a slot on somebody else's program. Deciding what that subject is takes the first session. Finding five other experts whose work sits alongside it takes most of the weeks after that.
Panelists are selected on fit to the topic rather than on availability, because a panel is the part of the evening the host cannot fix on the night.
The rest is production. Branding, a registration page, the graphics and the copy you and your panelists send, the rehearsal, the technical checks, the frames and name plates, and one operator running the light on the day.
Then the recording, and everything cut out of it. That last part is the half most people underestimate, and it is the reason the engagement runs for ninety days after the room closes rather than ending when it does.
The running order
Six cues, from concept to continued visibility.
Each event runs on a minimum eight week planning and production cycle. Nothing below is optional, and nothing below is yours to organize.
We define the strategy
Authority Blueprint™
We clarify your expertise, your positioning, the audience you want in the room, the event topic and talking point, and the one message you want people to leave with. Everything downstream is built from this session, which is why it happens first and why nothing is booked before it.
We assemble the panel
Expert Network™
We identify, recruit, screen, coordinate and manage the panelists, and we handle the outreach, the scheduling, the reminders and the replacements. Selection is on fit to your topic, not on availability.
We prepare the launch assets
Spotlight Launch Kit™
Complete event branding, the registration page, promotional graphics, speaker information, and email and social copy for you and every panelist to send. Written so that sending it takes minutes rather than an afternoon.
We build the stage
Showtime Experience™
Technical rehearsal, sound checks, speaker briefings, branded frames, name plates, run of show and live production on the day. Approximately ninety minutes, with panelists checked in twenty minutes before doors.
We cut the content out of it
Visibility Accelerator™
The recording is edited into the ninety day content package below, so one evening of work has somewhere to keep going after the room closes.
We close with a decision
Momentum Session™
A sixty minute session to review the event, look at which content did the most work and decide what you do next. The engagement ends with a decision rather than a handover.

From the Host Services Agreement
What we do not promise.
This is the part most studios leave to the small print. It is here, in the agreement's own words and under its own clause numbers, because the engagement only works when both sides know it before signing.
The studio provides event strategy and authority positioning, topic and talking point development, panelist recruitment, screening and management, speaker preparation, all event branding, the registration page, promotional assets and swipe copy, the technology, the live production, the recording, and the content created from it.
The package does not include paid advertising or advertising spend, guaranteed audience generation, guaranteed registration or attendance numbers, or guaranteed leads, clients, revenue, media exposure or sales. It also excludes list management beyond event communications, ongoing social media management, public relations, sponsorship procurement and in person production.
The room comes from your audience and your panelists. We create the promotional materials and suggested messaging. You and your panelists send them. Registration and attendance depend on your audience size, your promotional effort, the topic, the timing and market interest, none of which the studio controls, and the studio makes no representation about the number of registrations or live attendees.
You complete the intake, attend the sessions, approve materials on time and promote the event to your own network on the agreed schedule. The production calendar is built backwards from the event date, so a late intake moves the date rather than compressing the work.
No business outcome is guaranteed. The studio provides event planning, coordination, production and creative services. It does not guarantee business growth, increased authority or visibility, audience size, media coverage, leads, clients, sales, revenue, sponsorships, speaking opportunities or partnerships.
Summarized here for reading. The Host Services Agreement governs, and it is published in full on this site so you can read it before you apply.
Launch investment
A three month done-for-you engagement. Payment is due when the Host Services Agreement is signed, and an event date is reserved once payment and the initial intake are complete.

Before you apply
This is built for someone who already has the experience and the client results, who is respected inside their own network and largely unknown outside it, and who has an audience they are willing to invite, however small. It asks for a commitment to a minimum eight week production cycle and to promoting the event to that audience.
It is the wrong engagement if you are new to your field, still building a first offer, or looking for someone to promote the event for you. If that is where you are, the Spotlight Call is free and we will say so on it.
The application is the next step, and it costs nothing.
About eight minutes. It asks what you do, who already knows you for it, and what you want to be known for next. No payment, no card, and applying does not commit you to anything.
