Become known for the work you are here to lead.
We are a virtual event production studio. We build one panel event around your subject, cast five other experts onto it, brand it, promote it and run it live. You host. Three months, start to finish.
The application takes about eight minutes and asks nothing about payment. The studio team reads every one.
1 host up to 5 featured experts 3 months $2,997
Most experts are not short of expertise.
They have years of it. Client results behind them, a reputation that holds inside their own network, referrals that keep arriving. The calendar stays full enough. And outside that circle, almost nobody has heard of them.
That is not a credibility problem. It is a distribution problem, and it does not get solved by posting more often. Being good at the work and being known for the work are two different jobs, and only one of them is the one you trained for.
Who this is not for: anyone new to their field, still building a first offer, or hoping an event will stand in for experience they have not had yet. The host carries the room. That only works when there is something behind it.
What the room actually looks like.
Every event runs on the studio's own stage. A holding slide while people arrive, a framed nameplate for the host and one for each panelist, a red rule along the floor of every frame. The audience should not be able to tell it was a video call.
One host, five featured experts, and a key light that moves to whoever is speaking. The frames are the studio's own. The faces are stand-ins until your panel is cast.
Panelist frames match the host's, each with their own name and title. A lower third carries the speaker's name into the recording and every clip cut from it.
- 1920 × 1080Every frame, every asset, broadcast resolution
- Two rehearsalsA technical run and a panelist tech check, before the day
- One operatorWatching the frames live and cueing the light
- Recorded cleanSeparate capture, so the edit is not a screen grab
Everything above is built and checked before the rehearsal. Nothing about the way your event looks is being decided on the night.
Three months, one event
What happens over three months.
Four stages. The strategy, the panel and the production are ours. The expertise and the promotion are yours.
We decide what you should be known for
Authority Blueprint™
Together we set your positioning, the audience you want in the room, the event topic and talking point, and the one message you want people to leave with. Everything after this is built on it.
We cast the panel
Up to five other experts
We identify, recruit, screen and manage qualified experts whose work supports your topic and whose presence strengthens your standing as host. Their audiences are invited alongside yours.
We build everything you need to fill the room
The launch kit
Event branding, a registration page, graphics for you and for every panelist, swipe copy for LinkedIn, Facebook and email, and the attendee email sequence.
We run the show
Showtime™
Technical rehearsal, panelist tech checks, green room, live production, speaker transitions, chat moderation and the recording. You lead the conversation.
Then a sixty minute Momentum Session™ to review the event and decide where the momentum goes next.
What you keep afterwards.
The event is one night. This is the part that keeps working.
Delivered as the ninety day content package. Exact deliverables are confirmed in the schedule attached to the Host Services Agreement.
Two minutes, start to finish
Watch a stage get built around one expert.
From the first conversation to the night the light comes up: the Authority Blueprint, the panel we cast, the launch kit your audience receives, the production itself, and what you are still holding ninety days later. Shown, not described.
Choose a chapter to start the film there.
If that is the stage you want, the application takes about eight minutes.
It asks what you do, who already knows you for it, and what you want to be known for next. No card, no payment, and applying commits you to nothing. The studio team reads every one.
Launch investment
What it costs, and what we need from you.
One price, paid on signature, before a date is reserved. Minimum eight week cycle, because the date is set by how much runway the promotion needs.
You apply. Eight minutes, no payment, no card. It asks what you do, who already knows you for it, and what you want to be known for next.
We reply within two working days, either with a time to talk or with a straight no. A no usually means the timing is wrong rather than the expertise, and it comes with what we would do instead.
You choose a date. We hold it for five working days while you read the agreement. Nothing is charged until you sign.
The eight weeks start. First the Blueprint session, then we go and find your panel. From there it is our calendar, not yours, until the rehearsal.

We handle
Strategy and positioning, topic development, panelist recruitment and management, speaker preparation, all event branding, the registration page, promotional graphics and swipe copy, the technology, the live production, the recording, and the content that comes out of it.
You handle
Completing the intake on time, showing up to the strategy and preparation sessions, approving materials, and promoting the event to your own audience. We create the promotional assets. We do not advertise the event, post on your behalf, email your list, or guarantee registration or attendance numbers. The room comes from your audience and your panelists, which is exactly why we make the assets easy to send.
